- Am I able to create a note without an internet connection?

Awesome Note allows offline access; You can edit and access notes without an internet connection.
But a Wi-Fi connection is required when you transfer / backup your notes online.
- Does Awesome Note provide landscape mode?

Yes, Awesome Note supports both Landscape & Portrait mode in all views.
You can have an easier input with a wider keyboard layout with the landscape mode.
- Does Awesome Note support languages globally ?

Awesome Note supports multi-lingual versions.
We currently serve in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Russian, Japanese and Korean.
Although the basic interface of Awesome Note is written in English, you can create tasks and notes in any languages that suit your taste.
Wherever you buy Awesome Note, You can change the language format in iPhone Settings.

Choose the language you want to use, and tap Done.

Setting the master passcode lets you lock the start-up screen of the app and each of the folder so that you can safely protect your data. The passcode input screen will appear whenever you transfer the data.

Once you purchase an application, you can download it without charge.
Application update is a new release that can be purchased or downloaded through App Store on iPhone/iPod-Touch or the iTunes Store of your PC.
- Warning before your update

Updates may cause loss of data. Please backup your data before installing a new version.
- We recommend you back up your contents to iTunes in case of losing your data for unknown reason while updating.
- You can backup your contents by syncing with either Google Docs or Evernote.
- You can update Awesome Note both in iTunes & App store.
- Can I re-download it?

We are planning to add iCloud option to establish a reliable system platform for sync. Once this is achieved successfully, direct sync will take place automatically with iPhone/iPad, and you will experience a better 'Awesome Note'. This involves major system integration in terms of UI perspective that eventually conceptualizing is an impeding process.

We are working on developing sync platform with iOS Calendar that will expand aNote’s applicability beyond simple note-taker. However, this implies reconstructing some of the underlying systems within the app. We regretfully request our valued customers to be patient with us until further updates are available.

We are working on a tagging solution that will allow you to mark, categorize and navigate your entries via custom tags.

- How many notes am I able to create ?

You can make as many notes as you want. There are no limits in making folders. However, creating too many notes can make the app to load slow.
- What kind of document format does it support?
-
Awesome Note only supports certain document formats (DOC, TXT, RTF). Other formats such as PDF, XML, CSV, ODS, ODT, HTML are not supported and they are not available for sync at the same time.
Basically, Awesome Note is optimal in writing a short article as it is a note taking application.
It can be difficult to deal with a lengthy document like eBook Reader.
- Can I use Notes and To-do interchangeably?

In Awesome Note, the change between Notes and To-dos is designed to be flexible. The notes can be To-dos and vice versa at the same time, To-do can be changed into a note by simply removing the to-do function.

- How many images and locations am I able to attach?

You can attach several images and a piece of location in a single note.
You can attach images as many as you want. But it takes time to load many images.
In addition, Google Docs limits the upload capacity up to 500K. Thus, 2~3 pieces of images in a note are recommended while syncing with Google Docs.
- How can I set the default background in each folder?

You don't have to set a default background for each note.
Once you have set a theme (background and font) in the last note that you created, it would be automatically applied for the next note.

- I want to be linked to a direct web page after entering the web address.

aNote enables you to easily make an outgoing call, connect to a web page or even engage in email. On the bottom of the text editing area, you will see task bar with many options and amongst them you will see the pen icon. This switches between ‘editable’ and ‘read only’ modes and you need to be in ‘read only’ mode to utilize hyperlink function.
- How do I print my notes?

The printed copy will only include the text and drawing attachments because the visual effects are only supported within an app - aNote can be thought of textedit or notepad programs on desktops. No extra information is recognized by the printer.
- Calendar
- Can i sync with iPhone/iPad ?

Awesome note is able to sync with iCalendar and Manage only Event section.
You are able to activate visibility for viewing Event Note at the Calendar, which you prefer, it could be set in each folder's setting. (iOS 5.0 or later)

What we are trying to do is that once you could sync between google Calendar and IOS Calendar it means that the Awesome Note will able to bring the entries from the IOS Calendar, therefore you could sync between Awesome Note->IOS Calendar->Google Calendar

Once the iPhone/iPad and Mac is using same iCloud ID, It would be automatically sync
on Event section and also You are able to manage at Awesome Note Calendar.
- Why only the Event note are appears at iPhone/iPad's iOS Calendar ?

iPhone/iPad's iOS Calendar only support Event which are having a due dates, Therefore even the Awesome Note supports the Note,To-do,Anniversary Note,Diary it is not able to appears in iOS Calendar. You could only check at the Awesome Note Calendar.

- Is there any capacity limit while Syncing ?

Google Docs has a size limit of 1MB for notes that are uploaded to the service. Generally, files that contain below 5,000 words will be uploaded smoothly to Google Docs. We do not recommend making notes lengthier than 5,000 words.
It could slow down the app when you open a large sized file and difficult to edit. Evernote offers users up to 40MB of Traffic capacity every month for free. For more capacity, Apply for the premium service.
- Back up and Restoring
- What options are there for data backup and restoration?

Backup is important to keep a track of your data in case of abrupt malfunction or data loss. aNote users are given with two options, firstly using iTunes File Sharing function where you can save the backup files onto your computer. The second option is using wi-fi network , where both your device and PC should be connected to the same wi-fi network. Alternatively, Sync can be an alternative option of data backup.
iTunes back up is default option and this automatically backs up your data every time you connect your device with iTunes. The program stores all apps and relevant data internally. This can be used as the reference point when restoring. For further information about iTunes back up, go to Apple’s Support.
- How can I retrieve my data from back up?

You can restore from manual back ups through iTunes file sharing and wi-fi network. The steps simply involve re-entering the back-up data back into your device by either through iTunes or Wi-fi network. The details can be found on here. Sync can be a definite answer to restoration.
Restoration can also be done from iTunes automatic sync. Once your device is connected to iTunes, it will appear under DEVICES area. Next to this is an arrow which if you right-click on, will give you restore option and prompt you to select preferable date from your latest
