We need a detailed description of the steps leading up to the issue or any suspicious situations if possible. Videos or screenshots are even better. This information is crucial to fixing the bug or providing advice.
Your personal information is very important, and we do not collect it illegally. We only collect device and app operation information for problem-solving purposes in accordance with Apple specifications and related legal documents. Personal information such as work details is not included.

When you subscribe to an app, you get a 7-day free trial to use all the features of TimeSurf.
Your iTunes account will be charged when the free trial period expires.
If you signed up for a free 7-day trial subscription and don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
How to cancel the free trial from iPhone
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top > Subscriptions.
Select HyCalendar.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see such an option, this means the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you have already subscribed to TimeSurf but it still shows as read-only and doesn't allow you to access all the features, please try restoring your purchase.
To do so, please press the ""Already a subscriber?"" button located at the bottom of the subscription page within the TimeSurf app.
If you are having trouble restoring your purchase of the app
Restart your device and then try restore purchase again.
If the issue persists, please try attempting to restore your purchase again after some time has passed. After a little while, the app store issue should be resolved automatically.
According to Apple's standard app subscription policy, most subscriptions automatically start and the subscription fee is automatically charged when the free trial period ends, and TimeSurfer Calendar membership operates in the same way as subscriptions.
According to Apple's policy, apps subscribed through the App Store must request a refund directly from Apple, and the entire process and outcome of the refund request is managed directly by Apple. Since all payment procedures, including refunds, are handled through Apple, we cannot transfer refund money directly to your credit card.
If you are in the free trial period, you can simply cancel the subscription before the trial ends.
To cancel your subscription, click the cancel button on this page.
Request an app subscription refund from Apple as follows:
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com using a web browser and check your purchase history.
2. Log in with the Apple ID used at the time of purchase.
3. Tap "I would like to..." below "What can we help you with?"
4. Select "Request a refund".
5. Choose the reason for the refund and then select Next.
6. Select the item to be refunded and then tap Submit.

Note: Apple sets and determines the conditions for receiving refunds.
